We had a really amazing stay in Funchal next to cafes, restaurants and shops and transport link and supermarket and restaurants/bars. All the rooms were big size with great views. It was exceptionally nice and unbeatable near the Forum shopping centre...

We had a fantastic stay at the cozy apartment in Funchal. the balcony facing south provided us with breathtaking sea views from sunrise to sunset. It was a short walk to the swimming facilities and we enjoyed the convenience of various shops and supermarkets right on our doorstep. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurant options in the area. We also appreciated the nearby bus stops for easy exploration of Funchal and the rest of the island. Our host, Abel, was incredibly welcoming and always available to assist us if needed. Cons: Nothing. 🙌.

Altogether an excellent choice in a great setting. Great staff and owner. Extremely spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed, a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Sea view from the windows.

This place is ideal for a longer stay, located in a fantastic and beautiful area, and conveniently close to grocery stores and Camara de Lobos, I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment had a lovely balcony with a sea view, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. the location was ideal, with nice restaurants and bars nearby but without any noise at night. the host, Carolina, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Communication with her was excellent, both before and after our arrival.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially during the new year celebrations. . the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. the location of the apartment was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the springs could be felt, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. .

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable apartment with excellent value. Helpful owner. Efficient airport transfers at a reasonable price.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Monumental Apartment in Funchal! The value for our money was outstanding, and the room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony, and everything we needed was just minutes away - restaurants, shops, and even a public playground for the kids. The host, Abel, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the absence of a kettle in the kitchen for tea lovers like us. However, we managed to work around it by boiling water on the hob.
